Here’s how we can help:
Start with where you are – It’s simple, but true. We’ll take into account your business (or multiple businesses), life, family, health, financial situation, and dreams. That’s the best starting place. We’ve got a variety of resources that help us do this for you – business diagnostics, SWOT analyses, strategic brainstorming – but it all comes down to understanding where you’re standing right now. If we don’t “get” you, we won’t be able to help you make change. And that’s what we both want.
Bring together all your great ideas – Once you have a clear sense of the full situation, and you see it all laid out, it’s so much easier to identify which items come first. We’ve seen it time and again – the relief, the deep breaths, the smiles – and it brings about big results.
Clarify them in a simple project plan – Whether online or offline, you’ll develop (with our help) a clear plan with action items, projects, agreed-on dates, and responsibilities. Don’t worry – we won’t push you to take on more than you can handle. You decide the boundaries, and then we simply help direct you along the way.
Meet regularly – We can meet with you monthly, quarterly, annually – or more often, if you like. It’s really up to you. The more we meet, the faster your great ideas get implemented, but everybody does things differently. You’ll design a schedule that fits your life.
Help you with implementation – If you’re still a bit swamped, we can either help you complete some of the project items you’ve identified, or (if it’s not our area of expertise) direct you to someone else we know and trust.
